Déroulé
10 Bars of Death: scored twice: (1) total combined and (2) combined heaviest complex finished** Ten barbells will be placed in a zigzag pattern from lightest to heaviest. At go, the athlete will choose a bar to lift, complete the complex, and move to another, heavier bar. Each athlete will have 90 seconds to lift as many bars as they can*. When athletes lift their final bar they may proceed to the 10th bar and deadlift it as many times as possible before their time is up.
