24.3 Scale Sea & Shore Part A

Athlète pendant un WOD avec burpee jump over barbell
In a 10 minute window complete the following -
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Deadlift 60/30kg
Lateral Burpee over the Bar
- On completion, rest until minute 10 where you will conduct part B
