Power, squat, muscle and split snatches are all permitted, but in each instance the athlete's feet must be brought back in line. This is not a GTOH, a clean and jerk is a no rep. Touch and go is permitted but there must be no bouncing of the barbell. The rep is credited when the barbell is at full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over or slightly behind the mid-line of the body with the feet in line. Clean & Jerk: The barbell begins on the ground and is then cleaned, to the front rack position with hips and knees at full extension. The athlete will then perform a jerk, ending with the feet brought back in line and arms at full lockout. The rep is credited when the barbell is at full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over or slightly behind the mid-line of the body with the feet in line. Touch and go is permitted but there must be no bouncing of the barbell. Flow & Scoring The athletes will take it in turns to perform the work. Athletes cannot swap lifts during the workout. Non-working athletes must be stood on the other side of the line to avoid any injuries or getting in the way of the lifting athletes. The score is the time in which the workout is completed or the TC + reps completed.
