5 Minute Amrap Athlete A: Rows For Calories Athlete B: Lunges while holding one DB Over Head (RX 50/35) (Scaled 35/20) Athletes may switch at anytime, but MUST switch anytime the dumbell drops below the shoulder (athlete may rest dumbbell on the shoulder, but if it drops below, athletes must switch). Reps only count when DB is held locked out or semi/locked out Over head, Knee makes contact with the ground in any type of lunge (forward or backward), with alternating legs, and standing fully upright to complete the lunge. your score is total reps/Cals for a grand total
