Partner WOD (Male/Female)
Each workout in Event 2 will be completed by one female and one male athlete from each team.  Each team member participates in only one of the three workouts making up Event 2.
AMRAP 12 Minutes
One athlete working at a time:
30# / 45#  Dumbbell front rack lunges x 25 feet
30# / 45#  Dumbbell thrusters x 8
30# / 45#  Dumbbell ranck lunges x 25 feet
Score is total reps (5 feet = 1 rep)
