Ouvrir le timerPartner WOD (Male/Female) For total weight. With a 12 minute clock, each athlete has as many chances as necessary to post their heaviest weight in the following 9-rep complex: (Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Shoulder to Overhead) x 3 Grip must be maintained throughout the sequence, no resting the weight on the ground. One athlete works at a time. Score is combined total of each athletes heaviest posted weight. Grip cannot be released from the bar while the bumper plates touch the ground during the full squat clean.
