3c. The Clean Snatch

Ouvrir le timerPartner workout (Male/Female) 21-15 - 9 Snatches / Burpees, Cleans / Burpees Two stations on either side of the gym, one with a women’s barbell and one with a men’s barbell. Two 35# plates will be exchanged between the two stations throughout the workout. Male athlete will perform 21 power snatches (135#) followed by 21 lateral over-the-bar burpees. Collars and 35# plates will be removed by the male athlete who will transport the plates 25 feet where the female and male athlete will load them onto a bella (35#) barbell. The female athlete will then complete 21 power cleans followed by 21 lateral over-the-bar burpees. Female athlete will transfer weight plates to male athlete’s bar and help load the bar. Repeat this pattern for 15 reps and 9 reps.
