Athlete's will complete 50 Cal Bike Erg, 50 Ab Mat Sit Ups then break for 10 Sandbag Cleans, then complete 40 Cals, 40 Sit Ups, 10 Sandbag Cleans and so on. Score is time to complete the full workload.
