Bermuda Triangle (Fran)

Déroulé
a partner workout that includes splitting and synchro-ing reps with your teammate. This workout will be completed at Koda Norman. At the sound of “3-2-1 GO” teams will begin a 3 round “Fran-style” workout with SYNCHRONIZED Thrusters and SPLITTING the gymnastics movements between the pair. This workout will have a 10min CAP and your score will be the total time it takes to complete the work or the amount of work completed in the time cap.
