For as Many Reps as Possible 8 Minute Clock 100 Wall Balls 20/14 In the remaining time AMRAP Power Snatches 75/55 *Tiebreak score will be the time to complete the wallballs At the start of the workout, athletes will begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, athletes may proceed to the wall ball target to begin their wall ball shots. Once all wall ball reps are complete, athletes must complete as many power snatches as possible in the remaining time. The score will be total reps completed at the end of 8 minutes.
