For as Many Reps as Possible 8 Minute Clock 120 Wall Balls 20/14 In the remaining time AMRAP Synchro Power Snatches 75/55 *Tiebreak score will be the time to complete the wallballs At the start of the workout, both athletes will begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, one athlete may proceed to the wall ball target to begin their wall ball shots. Teams may switch partners at any point, but the non-working partner must remain at the start line. Once all wall ball reps are complete, teams must complete as many synchro power snatches as possible in the remaining time. The score will be total reps completed at the end of 8 minutes. Notes: If a team requires a male and female med ball, they will be provided both med balls. The med ball not in use must be kept at the start line with the non working partner.
