Déroulé
For Time Cap: 9 minutes 30 - 20 - 10 Pull Ups 10 - 20 - 30 Thrusters 95/65 At the start of the event, teams will be begin at the start line. At 3-2-1-GO, One athlete will proceed to the pull up bar to complete 30 pull ups. Teams may swap partners as frequent as desired. Once complete, teams will move on to complete 10 Thrusters. Teams will alternate movements with the coresponding reps scheme. The score will be the total time to complete all 120 reps. Note: Teams consisting of 1 male and 1 female will be provided the proper weights for each athlete.
