For as Many Reps as Possible On a 7 Minute Clock 3 Clean and jerks 135/95 3 Bar Facing Burpees *Must alternate full rounds with partner At the start of the event, teams will begin at the designated start line. at 3-2-1-GO, one athlete will proceed to the barbell to complete 3 clean and jerks and 3 bar facing burpees. Once that partner completes all 6 reps, they will unlock their partner by tagging them in to complete their round. Teams will repeat this pattern for 7 minutes for as many rounds and reps as possible.
