10min Time Cap SCALED 10 Rounds (You Go, I Go) 6/4 Pull-ups (18/12 Jumping pull-ups as substitution) 4 Thrusters 40/27.5kg WORKOUT FLOW On the call of 3, 2, 1....GO Partner 1 will move from the start line to the rig and perform the 6 Bar muscle ups / pull-ups for the men and 4 bar muscle ups / pull-ups for the women. Once they complete the required reps on the rig, partner 1 will move to their barbell and complete 4 thrusters. The first rep can be squat cleaned. Once Partner 1 completes the thrusters they will tag Partner 2 who will move to the rig to complete their bar muscle ups/ pull-ups and thrusters and tag Partner 1 back in. Teams will continue in this manner until all work is completed or the 10min time cap is reached. The score for this workout is the time taken to complete the required work or the amount of reps completed at the 10min time cap.
