30 Double Unders
20 ft Handstand Walk
15 DB Farmers Carry Box Step Overs (50/35)
20 ft Handstand Walk
The athlete's box and jump ropes will be placed on opposite ends of the HS Walk course.  Athletes will need to HS Walk to get back to each movement.
HS Walks will be measured in 10 ft increments
