Ouvrir le timer8 minutes to build to a heavy complex. 8.1 has an 8 minute time cap consisting of two parts A buy-in of 30 synchronized Burpee Box Jumps Male Ht: Rx 30 inch , Int 24 inch , Beg 24 inch step ups Female Ht: Rx 24 inch, Int 20 inch, Beg 20 inch step ups Directly into a barbell complex in the remaining time The barbell complex consists of: 1 Deadlift. After Deadlift; bar cannot touch the ground. 2 Hang Cleans (power or full cleans) 2 S2O Athletes must load their own bar. The Score is combined heaviest successful weight for each athlete.
