THRUSTERS AND PULL UPS
COMPETITIVE: 95/65 AND CHIN OVER BAR PULL UPS
INTERMEDIATE: 75/55 AND BURPEES
Each athelete on the team will take their turn to complete Fran. No time between athletes. 1 athlete working at a time. the next athelete can be waiting at the barbell to start when the preceeding athlete drops from their last pullups/burpee.
Thrusters: Hip crease below knees in the squat and then full arms, hips and leg extension at the top.
Chin over bar pull ups: strict, kipping, butterfly- chin must be visibly over the bar.
Burpees: Chest touches the ground, full hip extension at the top, touch hands over head.
