42-30-18-9 T2B Thruster Time Cap:6 min Into 1 max unbroken set of muscle ups/ CTB/Dead Hang Athletes have 6 minutes to complete the reps sharing as required. There is no minimum work requirement. At the 6 minute mark each athlete will perform 1 unbroken set of Muscle up/CTB/ Dead Hang. RX- 50/35kg Intermediate: 40/30kg Beginner: 30/20kg
