Athlete 1 will complete
Male - 5KM Row
Female - 4.5KM Row
Athlete 2 will complete
Male - 300 Cal Bike
Female - 200 Cal Bike
Athletes will be starting on their own machines and working at the same time.
1s will be added for each meter remaining at CAP
10s will be added for each calorie remaining at CAP
For all events, the designation of Partner 1/2 can be switched based the strategy for that event.
