Event 4 – Dirty Fran For Time 21-15-9 Time Cap: 12:00 Athletes will complete the following waterfall-style workout for time: 21 21 Pull-Ups SX: Ring Rows 21 Thrusters RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 21 Hang Snatches RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 15 15 Toes-to-Bar SX: Knees to 90 15 Thrusters RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 15 Hang Snatches RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 9 9 Bar Muscle-Ups OR 9 Burpee Chest-to-Bar (Bar at finger tips) SX: Burpee Jumping Pull-Ups (Bar set 6 inches below athlete’s wrist when standing) 9 Thrusters RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 9 Hang Snatches RX: 75/55 SX: 55/35 Score:Time if completed under the cap. Reps completed at 12:00 if capped. Flow & Notes: All movements must be completed in order. Only one athlete works at a time unless otherwise specified by the judge. This event tests gymnastics skill, barbell cycling, and pacing under pressure.
