In a 12 Min Window For Max Load: 1 Clean 1 Front Rack Forward Lunge 1 Front Rack Forward Lunge 1 Shoulder-to-Overhead Score=Total Combined Heaviest Load Lifted Between Both Athletes Athletes may start with preloaded(shared) barbell Athletes may alternate as needed within the 12 min window Athletes must verbally verify weight before attempted lift Clean=Any Variation(Squat Clean, Power Clean) Shoulder-to-Overhead=Any Variation(Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Split Jerk) Front Rack Lunge, athlete may start with either leg for first rep but must alternate for second rep, feet must come together before moving onto next rep
