15 Min AMRAP: 12 Synchro Single Arm DB Alternating Devil's Press 50' Synchro DB Overhead Walking Lunge 24 Toes-2-Bar 12 Synchro Single Arm DB Alternating Devil's Press 50' Synchro DB Overhead Walking Lunge 24 Handstand Push-Ups 12 Synchro Single Arm DB Alternating Devil's Press 50' Synchro DB Overhead Walking Lunge 24 Bar Muscle-Ups RX: 50/35 Scaled: 35/20, Hanging Knee Raises, Hand Release Push-Ups, Chest-2-Bar Pull-Ups Masters: 35/20, Single Arm DB Front Rack Walking Lunge, Hanging Knee Raises, Hand Release Push-Ups, Jumping Chest-2-Bar Pull-Ups Devil's Press: Athletes must be synchro at bottom position(chest/thighs on the ground) Athletes must be synchro at top position(arm extended overhead holding DB) Walking Lunge: Athletes must be synchro at top position after each lunge(legs/hips extended) Gymnastics movements may be split as desired If athletes finish the last 24 reps before time expires of Bar Muscle-Ups/Chest-2-Bar Pull-Ups/Jumping Chest-2-Bar Pull-Ups they will start back to the top
