Déroulé

Every 3 minutes x 4 (:30 seconds rest between sets, 13:30 mins in total)
In 3 minutes
10m Walking log lunge (2 sections of the log)
10 Syncro Down-Ups (not burpee over the worm)
10m Walking lunge
into AMRAP of the follwing
RX Syncro
Pull-ups = 1 point
C2B Pull-ups= 2 point
Bar Muscle-up = 4 point
Inter One person working
Pull-ups = 1 point
C2B Pull-ups= 2 point
Bar Muscle-up = 4 point
Scaled one person working
Bar touch Burpee (fixed height bar) = 1 point
All movements to be kipping to allow for judging.
