Ouvrir le timer23.1: Within a 10:00 Window: Complete a Clean Complex: 2 Cleans + 1 Front Squat + 1 STOH SCORE = Combined Weight Workout Notes: *Teams will use the same barbell *Cleans can be any variation e.g power cleans or squat cleans but they have to be touch and go. *Any variation of a STOH can be used. *Athletes can have as many attempts as possbile. *You will rest 1:00 and go into 23.2
