4: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 8 GTOH
5: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 9 GTOH
6: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 10 GTOH
7: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 11 GTOH
8: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 12 GTOH
9: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 13 GTOH
10: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 14 GTOH
11: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + 15 GTOH
12: 5/4 Cal Ski Erg + MAX EFFORT GTOH
Score = Rounds and Reps. Weights RX = 40/25 Sc = 30/15
Workout Notes:
*P1 will complete minute 1 & P2 will complete minute 2 etc
*Get through as many rounds as possible
*GTOH can be any variation (Power Snatch or Clean & Jerk etc)
