"I Don't Do Well With Running"

Déroulé
Event 1: “I Don’t Do Well with Running” 4 x AMRAP 4: 30/24 Cal Row (M/F pairs 27 Cal) 50 YD Sandbag Sprint (60/40) (40/20) Max Sandbag Lunges in Remaining Time 4 rounds, 4 minutes each. Partners will complete the calorie row however they wish. Once completed partner 1 will sprint 25yd out and back with sandbag (may hold however they wish). Once they complete sprint, partner 2 will sprint out 25 yd and back with sandbag. Once they complete sprint, one partner working at a time, will complete lunges while holding the sandbag (however they want), until the clock hits the 4-minute mark. Then partners will begin the next round back on the rower. Repeat 4 times. *Lunges in place, can step forward or backward* *AMRAPs start on the 0,4,8, 12* *Score is total amount of lunges across the 4 rounds*
