For Time: 20 Burpees over the Bar 80 Pull-ups (SC: Ring Rows) 20 Burpees over the Bar 60 Deadlifts (Rx: 135/95) (SC: 95/65) 20 Burpees over the Bar 80 Toes-to-Bar (SC: Knee-raises) 20 Burpees over the Bar 60 Back Squats (Rx: 135/95) (SC: 95/65) Buy-out: 50/42/35 Cal Assault Bike Time Cap: 20 Minutes The workout begins with 20 Burpees over the Bar. The reps can be split as desired between partners. RX will require a two foot take off, and scaled can step over the bar if they wish. These are NOT bar facing burpees, they will be done laterally. Once completed, partners will move on to the 80 pull-ups for RX and 80 Rings Rows for scaled. These reps can be split as desired between partners. Once completed, 20 Burpees over the Bar. Once completed, partners will move on to 60 deadlifts, which can be split as desired between partners. Then, 20 burpees over the bar. Once completed, 80 Toes-to-bar for Rx, 80 knee raises for scaled, split as desired. Then, a final set of 20 burpees over the bar. Once completed, 60 Back Squats which will come from the ground, and can be split as desired. Then, to complete the workout, partners will need to complete the required number of calories on the assault bike. 50 cals for M/M, 42 cals for M/F, and 35 cals for F/F. Your score will be the total time it takes to complete the entire workout. In addition, the time it takes to complete the required number of calories will be a tie break time for the entire competition.
