4. SATURDAY Sandstone Bag to schouder (for reps)

The Sandstone Bag must be fully controlled on the shoulder, with the opposite arm fully extended. Make eye contact with the judge before receiving the down command.
Allowed: Chalk, Sleeves, Belts.
