1. Complete One Movement
The athlete must perform the full standard of the current movement before switching. Partial or incomplete movements are no-rep.
2. Switching Movements
Switching is indicated by a hand clap. The clap must be clearly visible to the judge
3. Concept2 Rower Specific
The athlete may start seated on the rower.
The monitor must be reset. If the rower is not reset, the repetition is a no-rep.
