Ouvrir le timerComplete 26.1 first, then 2 minutes rest and start on minute 12 with Workout 26.2 Barbell Weight Guidelines Buddy Men: Use a 20 kg barbell. Buddy Women: Use a 15 kg barbell. Buddy Mixed Teams: May choose which barbell to use (15 kg or 20 kg). One Bar Per Team All team members must share the single barbell. No additional bars are allowed. Pre-Loading The barbell may be pre-loaded during the 2-minute rest period. Teams are allowed to prepare the bar in advance for efficiency. Timecap 6 min For Load 1RM Clean and Jerk Total score = A+ B weight KG Clean & Jerk – Scoring Rule 1. The highest successfully completed weight lifted in a good, fully completed clean and jerk counts as the athlete's score. 2. Only lifts that meet the full lift standard are valid. 3. Failed lifts or lifts not completed correctly do not count toward the score. 4. The clean and jerk lift must be fully completed by the 18:00 minute mark of the workout.
