Rest from minute 18:00-20:00 and prepare your general setup for
Workout 26.3
Each team has two barbells, which must be shared among all team members. Barbells must be pre-loaded to the designated weights during the rest period.
Barbell Weight Guidelines
Buddy Men: Pre-load each barbell to 40 kg.
Buddy Women: Pre-load each barbell to 25 kg.
Buddy Mixed Teams: Pre-load each barbell to 40 kg men and 25 kg women
Key Rules
1. Two Bars Per Team
All team members must share the two barbells.
No additional bars are allowed.
2. Pre-Loading
Teams may pre-load the barbells during the 2-minute rest period.
Ensure both barbells are ready at the designated weights before starting the next round.
3. Loading Procedure
Load the barbells according to the workout requirements. Double-check weights before starting.

Switching is indicated by a hand clap. The clap must be clearly visible to the judge.
