Men: 225 / 275 / 315 / 345 / 365 / 485 / 405 / 425 / 445 x reps
Women: 135 / 165 / 185 / 215 / 235 / 255 / 275 / 295 / 315 x reps
RULES
Athletes will have :15 to complete the lift and :05 to rotate
Bars will increase & athletes will lift every ~2.5 minutes
