Déroulé

18.1 scaled is a chipper of Dumbell hang clean & jerk, box jump over, front rack lunges and a 100 cal row buy in and buy out. The workout has a 25 minute Timecap.
On 3.2.1 Go the Athlete will start with 100 cal row, followed by 80 Dumbell hang clean & jerk, 60 box jumo over, 80 front rack lunges and finishes with another 100 cal row.
Weight for the Dumbbell:
Male 15 / Female 10 Kg
The Workout is for time and has a 25 min Time Cap
