Déroulé

FOR TIME: 2000M ROW *KICKER: THRUSTERS T.C. 15MIN
*KICKER EMOM: THRUSTER
On first minute mark you perform 1x Thruster, on every next minute mark you perform 1x more.
You continue this scheme until you reach 2000m on your Concept 2 RowErg
(for example:
1st min - 1 thruster
2nd min - 2 thrusters
3rd min - 3 thrusters
4th min - 4 thrusters etc...)
If you don't finish under time cap: your result is meters rowed in 15min.
