Déroulé
Perform a 1 rep max strict pull up (weighted) *For this event, you will be scored on your successful strict pull up with weight and your bodyweight combined. You will need to weigh yourself on the scales in the camera so that we can verify the load lifted. If you cannot perform a strict pull up, you will score a zero. However, we encourage you to still perform 5x5 with a band to build strength.
