60m Sandbag Carry*
20 Sandbag Cleans
20 Sandbag Squats
200m Run Together holding a rope

1 round is 48 reps.
Open divisions may choose to scale to 35kg/25kg Deadballs
The 60m carry is divided into 4 x 15m sections for 4 reps.
The bag is carried on the shoulder and can be changed at any time. A rep is credited at the passing of the cone or when the ball is returned to the mat.
Cleans and squats can be shared in any manner.
All reps must be completed on the working mat.
Only one athlete is allowed on the working mat at any time.
The run counts for 2 reps (1 rep per athlete for the full distance).
No reps are counted for Part A prior to the commencement of this part of the workout.
