ADVANCED “For Time” 90 cal Bike + 600m Run + 90 Cal Row *bike and run can be done in any order. Row must be performed last. *15 min Cap INTERMEDIATE “For Time” 70 cal Bike + 600m Run + 70 Cal Row *bike and run can be done in any order. Row must be performed last. *15 min Cap BEGINNER “For Time” 50 cal Bike + 600m Run + 50 Cal Row *bike and run can be done in any order. Row must be performed last. *15 min Cap Flow- Partners can start on Run or Bike. On go they start working. If Running partners do not have to run together but the next movement cannot start until both partners are touching the machine. Partners can swap anytime on bike and row. Score- 1 score, total time to complete workout.
