2a- Time Will Tell

ADVANCED
0-10 mins- “For Time”
30 Bottom to Bottom Burpee Wall Walk Bar Muscle Ups/Chest to Bar (Sub 3 Pull Ups)
INTERMEDIATE
0-10 mins- “For Time”
30 Bottom to Bottom Burpee Wall Walk Pull Ups
BEGINNER
0-10 mins- “For Time”
30 Bottom to Bottom Burpee Bar Touch + 30 Pull Ups/Ring Rows
Flow- First working person starts on belly. On go, they wall walk and return to belly. They then jump and touch or grip pull up bar to complete burpee. Advanced & Intermediate then complete required gymnastic movement. Partners can tag in and out at any time but must keep working until all 30 reps are complete. At 12 mins male has 2.30 min to do as many “entire unbroken complexes”. Female then has 2.30 min to do the same. Male returns and has 1.30 to complete as many entire complexes as possible. Female then has 1.30 to do the same. 2 scores- Time in Part A & Total reps Part B.
