2b- Time Will Tell

ADVANCED

1 Deadlift+1 Hang Power Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Jerk 70/45kg
INTERMEDIATE
12-20 mins- AMRAP of
1 Deadlift+1 Hang Power Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Jerk 50/35kg
BEGINNER
12-20 mins- AMRAP of
1 Deadlift+1 Hang Power Clean+1 Front Squat+1 Jerk 40/25kg
Flow- First working person starts on belly. On go, they wall walk and return to belly. They then jump and touch or grip pull up bar to complete burpee. Advanced & Intermediate then complete required gymnastic movement. Partners can tag in and out at any time but must keep working until all 30 reps are complete. At 12 mins male has 2.30 min to do as many “entire unbroken complexes”. Female then has 2.30 min to do the same. Male returns and has 1.30 to complete as many entire complexes as possible. Female then has 1.30 to do the same. 2 scores- Time in Part A & Total reps Part B.
