RX Complex: 1 Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (4 movements, must be unbroken) Beginner Complex: 1 Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press Each athlete has 3 attempts within a 6-min window to establish their heaviest Barbell Complex, with both partners’ totals added together.
