20.1

Athlète pendant un WOD avec box jump
*The workout starts from the upright position.
*the clock is set on EMOM or on the working mode from minute to minute and you start at 3,2,1...GO !
*every minute in the 0-4 minute interval,try to perform 15 squat jumps and 15 push-ups
*every minute in the interval 4-8 try to perform 16 squat jumps and 16 push-ups
*continue to add one repetition to each exercise every 4 minutes
*the workout ends when you no longer manage to perform the number of repetitions in one minute.
