Athlète pendant un WOD avec box jump
Workout description:
• the workout starts from the
upright position with jumping rope on the floor
• the clock is set to start at 0 and to stop at 8 minutes
• you start after 3,2,1...
GO,take the jumping rope
from the floor,and repeat this 24/8 circuit
as many rounds as possible
• the workout stops when the clock arrive at minute 8
• you score it will be the total
number of repetitions performed till minute 8 !
