Athlète pendant un WOD de snatch
Workout description:
• the workout starts from the
upright position !
• the clock is set to start at 0 and to stop at 6 minutes
• you start after 3,2,1...
GO !!
• this ladder workout starts
with 2 rep for each exercise in first round,
the second round ad 2 more reps for each exercise and continue to ad
this 2 reps in this format 2-4-6-8-10....till you reach minutes 6 !
• the workout stops when the clock arrive at minute 6
• you score it will be the total
number of repetitions performed till minute 6 !
