Ouvrir le timerWorkout description: • the workout starts from the upright position ! • all the exercises are the same for both categories minus the middle part where the ADVANCED perform 50 squat burpees and the BEGINNERS perform 50 half burpees ! • the clock is set to start at 0:00 • you start after 3,2,1...GO !! • your score it will be the exactly time displayed on your watch / application from the moment you finished the entire workout ! • for every NO REP we gone give 3 seconds penalty!!
