Row For Murph With A Twist

Déroulé
On the sound of 3-2-1 the athlete will row 1600m (may begin seated on rower). At the completion of the row the athlete will perform five rounds of 10 pullups 20 push-ups and 30 squats. On the completion of the fifth round the athlete will jump back on the rower for a further 1600m. Upon completion of 1600m row a further five rounds of 10 pullups 20 push-ups and 30 squats will be completed. On the completion of the first round the athlete will again jump back on the rower for a final 1600m. Total time taken to complete this work out will be your score or reps completed if timed out. If time capped, each 100m on the rower = 1 rep. Make sure you record your time for your first 1600m row to enter as your tiebreaker score. There is a 70 minute time cap For this work out
