Athlète pendant un WOD avec double-unders
Aim of this workout is for each team to accumilate 400 double unders before time cap. If target is not met score will be the number of reps.
On an 18 minutre clock athlete 1 will have 2 minutes to complete 10 snatches, 10 box jumps and as many double unders in the remaining time as possbile. When 2 minutes are up athlete 1 will tag athlete 2 in who will complete the same as athlete 1 rests.
Athlete 1 : minute 0-2
Athlete 2 : minute 2-4
Athete 1 : minute 4-6
Athlete 2 : minute 6-8
Athlete 1 : minute 8-10
Athlete 2 : minute 10-12
Athlete 1 : minute 12-15 (final round is 3 minutes)
Athlete 2 : minute 15-18 (final round is 3 minutes)
