"The Fifth Element" - Score A

Déroulé

Workout 1 will have two scored events - Score A and Score B
25 minute AMRAP
Score A:
Both athletes simultaneously working towards max calories on:
1 Rower
1 Bike erg
Score B:
Every 5 minutes (including 0:00), athletes complete as many reps as possible in 1 minute of:
Minute 00:00 - 01:00 - Synchro DB Shoulder to Overhead
Minute 05:00 - 06:00 - Synchro DB Cleans
Minute 10:00 - 11:00 - Synchro DB Front Rack Lunges
Minute 15:00 - 16:00 - Synchro DB Snatches
Minute 20:00 - 21:00 - Synchro DB Front Squats
Each pair will have 3 dumbbells (see below for age group weights).
One athlete will perform double DB movements, whilst one performs single DB. Athletes can change who has which DBs at any time. All three DBs must be in use at all times.
Athletes can change machines at any point.
Part A: Max calories of rower and bike combined at 25:00
Part B: Total number of repetitions of all DB movements combined
Masters 80-89: 22.5kg / 15 kg
Masters 90-99: 17.5kg/12.5kg
Masters 100+: 15kg/10kg
