30 Toe2Bar, 30 Single Arm DB Thruster, 30 Single Arm DB Hang Snatch,
Snatch & Thrusters: Alternate arms every 5 reps, partners must be working on same arm
Synchro Points
Toes2Bar (Performance): Feet must hit the bar together, at the same time
Leg Raises (Fitness): Toes must past the waist at the same time
Knee Raises (Fun): Knees must past the waist at the same time
Thruster: Meet at top of movement at full extension
Snatch: Meet at top of movement at full extension

MF-1 Does Event 5: 8min AMRAP, Rest 1min, Then into Event 6: Weight Lifting Complex. Reset 1min then 2nd pair go.
