2. Wheel of Steel

Athlète pendant un WOD avec portés lourds

Déroulé

12 minute AMRAP
Depending on division 1 or 2 athletes work at a time to:
Flip wheel over 7 meter length
Perform 16 sledgehammer hits
Carry wheel back over 7 meter length
Athletes switch after each completed cycle.
Repetitions per full cycle = 30
