5. The Floor is Lava

Athlète pendant un WOD avec double-unders
12 minute AMRAP
2 athletes at a time cycle trough:
5 synchronized burpees
FUN -> dead hang / 10 unbroken knee raises followed by 35 single unders
FIERCE -> 5 synchronized TTB / 5 synchronized Pull up followed by 35 double unders
Total reps per cycle is 50.
Other 2 athletes hold a loaded barbell (60/100 kg)
All athletes must switch position when barbell touches ground.
Heat schedule will be announced during lunch break on event day.
